We started Novizon because growing businesses deserve cloud expertise that's direct, honest, and actually hands-on — not a large consulting firm that sends junior staff once the contract is signed.
Our story
Built on a simple frustration.
Too many businesses move to AWS and end up with an environment that's over-engineered, under-documented, and expensive to maintain. The consultants who designed it have moved on, and the internal team is left holding something they don't fully understand.
We built Novizon to do it differently. We're a small, senior team based in Ontario, Canada — focused exclusively on AWS and committed to leaving every client with infrastructure they can understand, operate, and build on.
We're a new company, and we're honest about that. What we bring is deep AWS technical knowledge, a direct working style, and a genuine interest in the long-term success of the businesses we work with.

CEO
Sam leads client relationships, project strategy, and business operations at Novizon. With a background in cloud infrastructure and a focus on making technical decisions accessible to business stakeholders, Sam ensures every engagement is aligned with what clients actually need — not just what's technically interesting.
Rabie
CTO & Technical Lead
Rabie leads all technical work at Novizon — architecture design, migration execution, and managed services. He brings deep AWS expertise across compute, networking, security, and cost optimization, and takes personal ownership of every technical deliverable the team produces.
